Ok, here’s the deal. I have a game tonight, and probably won’t get home until between 10:30 to 11:00 p.m. EST. Obviously this directly conflicts with my showtime. HOWEVER, since the listeners really don’t start popping in until the second half of the show anyhow, AND since I’m an unemployed wretch with nothing to wake up for in the morning, I’m going to go ahead and start this show late, as in whenever I get home from hockey, and just go until....well, whenever…

What’s Up With Mojo Mondays…?!?

...and Kineada? Well, in short, thanks to the booming economy and such, I lost my job. I wasn’t fired, but it isn’t really a layoff either, as my position has been eliminated ("surplussed" they like to call it), and there will be no callback. So with all this time on my hands, why haven’t I been on the air? Simply put, my computer was a company laptop, and I haven’t got another (my girlfriend has to use her laptop for schoolwork in the evening, so I can’t hijack hers).

As soon as I get some money saved, I’m going to get myself my very own computer that no one can take away! Since I won’t have any more money coming in for at least a week or two at least, that might take a little while. Regularly scheduled Mojo Monday programming will resume at that point (as long as Webkittyn and all you lovable KMRL listeners will still have me!).

Also, I AM working on aquiring a temporary setup so that I MIGHT be able to get on the air tonight, but it isn’t yet definite. Check back here later, and if I get the goods, the show will go on!

Yeah, we might have already used the welcome back title before, I don’t know, but we’ll recycle it again for this week in celebration of WebKittyn returning to the airwaves, as well as what looks to be an almost full slate of shows here on KMRL! As far as MMwK is concerned, it will be the usual hijnks and hopefully the usual group of suspects.

...tonight’s Mojo Mondays with Kineada! is going to be a game-time decision. I’m not fully recovered from the events of the past week, and I haven’t been able to catch up on anything at home since getting back yesterday.
