I fixed all my technical difficulties so far with my internet (it helps if it’s connected to the jack) and the Full moon and the intense winds are really helping to ring in my favorite month...SHOCKTOBER! I love this weather, this season and the mystical feel it brings as we get closer to Halloween! I, being the resident Pumpkin King of KMRL invite you for a fireside chat to drink cider and tell ghost stories as we celebrate Halloween every Wednesday night until it actually arrives!

The Darkhours no longer has to stick to mainly goth and industrial and darkwave goth metal and such. I can hit the classic from the 60’s and beyond. I believe it’s time to evolve the show into a more inviting atmosphere. Not so chained to any one musical genre, but free to celebrate music of all eras that had dark undertones. It could Be the Beatles, the Doors or the Moody Blues, It could be Black Sabbath or Rainbow or DIo, it could be Depeche Mode or Siouxie and the Banshees or the Sisters of Mercy. It could be Nitzer Ebb or Nine Inch Nails or Lords of Acid. It could be Nirvana or System of a Down or Korn. It could be E Nomine, Within Temptation or Nightwish. It could be Gothminister , the Deathstars or the 69 Eyes… the point is...it could be ANYTHING as long as it comes from the dark side of the moon.
You’d never think you could spend 2 hours at home celebrating your inner dark freak you normally keep locked up in a cage inside of you! Episode six is just a click away!
So we’re back and better than ever. LOADS to talk about in Dark Culture as the Darkhours is the voice of all things cool. Loads of new music and mixes and mayhem are in store.
