Back In Kittyn Studios with a LOT to Talk About! Tonight, Starting at 9PM with Some X Japan & Talk!
It was an interesting trip, I expect I'll be going over a bit of that tonight. I've also missed sitting at my desk and doing the show so we're going to start at 9 and see where we run from there. As usual, I hae nothing specific to discuss and I don't even know what kind of music I feel like hearing but what else is new.All I know is I'm back in my own space in Nowhere NY and it's Tuesday so that means come kill some time with me and even more important, please come to the chat room! It makes me feel loved and warm and fuzzy and I love my chatters.
We'll see, first I need a bubble bath and to find some clean clothes to put on but there will be a show. Or at least, noise masquerading as a show.

Frustration
I get frustrated when simple things don't happen, and I get frustrated when people don't honor their promises. So, my day has gone awful, but my show will be a blast. Feeling Upbeat at the Start of the Week
So, I weighed in and got measured today. In two weeks I have lost 3.2 lbs and feel amazing. That's weight that I can keep off. My body is teaching me how to eat right, and by making the right choices, I feel awesome. Tonight is about celebrating the triumphs in life, no matter how major and minor. Every triumph leads to a step in the right direction. You just have to know how to recognize the positives, even when there seem to be none.Saturday, May 19, 2012
Straker & Summer in the Spring
In a few hours I’ll be going to see Peter Straker perform live in Brighton, after which we may have a few drinks and catch up on his latest projects.
On tonight’s show I’ll be discussing the performance, and anything else interesting that happens. I’ll also be discussing Donna Summer and playing some of her music, as well as great music from various decades and genres.

Of Love, Loss, and Strength
I have been thinking of people in my life the past few weeks who I have both love and lost. I have also thought of the tremendous strength it has taken to survive these losses and find new joy in life.
